Our plans have been carefully selected and designed for the evergreen state, all our plans can be customized to ensure the new home you are building is the dream home you always wanted.

What sets us apart from other builders is the options are limitless. We do allow changes to our plans no matter how large or small. Or perhaps you have your heart set on another plan outside of our collection. We can help you with your custom plan as well.

You will not find upgrade packages A, B or C as you can have whatever upgrade is on your wish list. From skylights to heated tile flooring. Or perhaps granite counter tops and jetted tubs are your priorities.

We do not assume what color you want in carpet, counter tops or walls. You are in charge.

You will be able to meet with our suppliers to hand pick and customize your home.

It is of the utmost importance to us that you know what you are getting up front. We will not mislead you in our pricing. The square footage amounts are for a COMPLETED structure. There are no surprises here. You will not have to paint your home or add for appliances. Our pricing includes everything from excavating for the foundation to carpet and everything in between.

Site costs are not included in our prices as every site is different, however, our ballpark budgets for site costs with our building experts are always free.
